India is onto the 9th day of lock down imposed by the government, across India, as a measure to reduce the incidence of corona virus cases. It's being followed strictly by the common citizens of the country as they believe in their prime Minister.
And this seems to have unsettled quite a few, who want this whole thing to fail and see what all things are being done.
(a) The Tablighi Jama'at Markaz.
In a mosque at Hazrat Nizamuddin, Delhi there was a meeting of about 3,000 men who openly
called for the failure of the 'lock down' called by the government. Its chief, Maulana Saad
Kandhalvi, 56, had openly called for necessary action and the coward has gone underground!
Within two days of them being rounded up, cleared from there and the mosque sanitised, there
has been a spike in the number of Corona virus cases in the country!
(b) The Sudden Exodus of Migrant Workers.
With falsehood and fear mongering, the migrant workers of the national capital went
scampering to the interstate bus terminals - many of them were transferred in DTC buses too
and many others on foot - 'where buses were ready to take them home'. The photographs and
the videos of the hapless workers were taken and passed on to the foreign media, inimical
towards this country!
Thankfully, the migrant workers were stopped at the borders and brought back to organised
shelters in Delhi where food will be provided without any hold ups!
(c) The Indore Tamasha.
A five-member team from the Madhya Pradesh health department had gone to Taatpath Bakhal
on Wednesday to quarantine relatives and acquaintances of a Covid-19 patient when an unruly
mob attacked them with stones, injuring two women doctors. The police have arrested a total of 7
persons for the alleged attack, out of which 4 have been charged under the NSA by the district
administration......some more arrests are expected.
The Markaz returnees need to be identified and put into quarantine and that's what those people are resisting. Is there a narrative behind it?
(d) The Tik Tok Drama.
Tik Tok is a Chinese video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance, a Beijing-
based company founded in 2012 by Zhang Yiming. It is used to create short dance, lip-sync,
comedy and talent videos. The app was launched in 2017 for iOS and Android in markets outside
of China.
Tik Tok has the audacity to have made about 35,000 video clips showing as to how the lock
down is to be made ineffective. I've this one, simple question to these cheap guys and cowards,
"Would you have dared to do this in China?"
My take
There seems to be a concerted effort both inside and outside the country to belittle and render the anti-Corona virus activities a failure. Who are these anti-nationals? Shouldn't they be dug out even
from hell, if need be, action initiated for all of them to be treated as anti-nationals and appropriate punishment dished out, at the earliest!
If you don't want to follow the rules of this country and stay here as law abiding citizens, then get the hell out of here and go away to any other country of your choice. This country has given you a lot of freedom in the name of democracy; don't ever consider that as a weakness!
Tailpiece.
It was quite a warm Friday. Work was as usual, at its leisurely pace!
