Lekha and I had got up at our usual time, gone through the chores and had opened up the house for the day. The nurse had come by at her usual time and administered the first dose of insulin.
A scrumptious breakfast, followed by bath and grooming. The maid was at work.
Went through my mail for the month and added up the essentials and worked on my laptop.
A short nap before lunch.

Depressing news about the devastation brought in by the quake in Myanmar and Bangkok. India's relief work, codenamed 'Operation Brahma', has commenced. IAF aircraft land in Mayanmar with food, medicines and relief material. The Disaster Relief team has also been positioned.
