Just for laughs
I became a bit spiritual this morning. So I closed my eyes and sat still and started thinking :-
(a) Who am I?
(b) Where did I come from?
(c) Why have I come?
(d) Where to go?
Then came my wife's voice from the kitchen,
"You are lazy number one, don't know from which world you have come to spoil my life, get up and go have a bath".
The complete knowledge of all four questions was attained with complete ease and complete nowledge and marked the completion of my spiritual journey!

A Fact
Obesity is not because it runs in the family. It is because no one runs in the family.

A Real Hero
Arambam Boby is from Manipur. He has won Mister India title 12 times, 3 times Mister Asia and 5 times Mister World. He is very respected bodybuilder in the world and many global magazines have featured him but Indians don't know their own hero who made India very proud. The Indian media doesn't give a damn.

"We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much. We have multiplied our possessions but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom and hate too often. We've learned how to make a living but not a life. We've added years to to life not life to years".
- George Carlin 1937 - 2008.
