My take.
Much of the print media has been cautioning us about a looming power shortage, over the last few days, though the Minister of Coal in the union cabinet has assured us that fears of such a situation are unfounded and deliberately made by certain sections to cause confusion.
Tailpiece.
Got up at a 10' past 6, the chores and was ready by a quarter to 10. Scooted, soon after breakfast to town to buy the mouthwash for Lekha - though couldn't get hold of Freshchlor and got chlorhexdine, instead and of course, bananas. The former hasn't fetched up in the local market, I gather. Dentists prefer the use of the former as it doesn't stain the dentures!
Pushpaakaran had fetched up by a half past 8, to do the biannual cleaning of The Quarterdeck.
Participated in the 565th version of the Aazhchakkoottam : "Moringa (Drumstick) - the international special food" by Dr Kamalasanan Pillai, Chairman, State Agri-Horti Society and Global Agri Expert from 1600 - 1730 hrs. The interaction post lecture was interesting. He, also, touched upon our 'biodiversity park' at Rameswaram that's gonna go on stream on 10 May.
