I'd gone there for three reasons viz. :-
* to have a first hand experience of our Chevy's new servicing station.
* to change the wiper blades before the monsoon got heavy and
* doing this on the return journey was what I wanted to avoid as the circuit was cumbersome.
After spending about a half an hour, we proceeded with our onward journey. Thankfully, we didn't encounter any rain enroute. Made a double circuit around the Vyttila junction because of my mistake. Reached Panampilli Nagar by about 4, headed straight for the bookshop, "Crossword" to pick up a book-as-gift for li'l Lakshmi that I'd promised for her good showing in the class X exams.
After picking up what we'd wanted, we settled down at the Aryaa's, next door, for a cup of coffee and evening snack. And then, we headed straight for Leela chittamma's house at Idappalli, where we were spending this evening.
It's nice being with chittamma, Salini and Lakshmi all over again and catching up from where we'd left last. Yakkittiyak all the way.
Tailpiece.
Lekha's appointment with the dentist, tomorrow, will be at a half past 10.
