Sleeping Beast.

Chronotypes decide the body's natural preference for rising from bed and sleeping hours. Every individual has a different chronotype influenced by genetic make up and circadian rhythm. There are four of them.

7 PM to 10 PM         Rest, unwind
    10 PM                       Sleep

                                     distracted due to sleep anxiety.

7 PM to 10 PM             Unwind
    10 PM                           Sleep

General temperament. Outgoing, enthusiastic, a strong preference for consistent routines.

4. The Wolf

    0930 AM                       Wake up
1030 AM to 12 Noon    Light tasks
3 PM to 5 PM                Less intense tasks
5 PM to 9 PM                Tend to demanding tasks

My take

Understanding your chronotype can transform productivity, efficiency and well-being.

Got up at 6, the chores and was ready by a half past 9.

The maid had come for work.

A quiet Sunday.
