All the comforts are available now that a few decades ago no one could have imagined. Still, if people are so unhappy, it has to be accepted that today's man has invented some wonderful techniques to stay unhappy.
The more we lose our connections from the inner core, the more we are in tension. Man's condition today has become like a musk deer, who is seeking musk in a wild forest.
If you often compare your success with others, then it's bound to increase your unhappiness and stress. The flower of joy can never bloom in an atmosphere of jealousy and tension.
You have to find your causes of unhappiness and solve them yourself. The reasons for your unhappiness are also obvious.
Let's go over them.
1. You have no sense of gratitude for what you have today.
2. You hurt yourself by comparing yourself with others.
3. You blame failures on others or situations
4. It's important to make every effort to improve your efficiency but do not fall into the trap of perfection
5. You should increase your interaction with people.

My take
Being positive, many things can happen!
Tailpiece.
By the time we reached Angamaly, the bus had developed a problem. Another bus of a similar variety was requisitioned; we resumed our journey and reached Thrissur by a quarter past 3, only to be told at the counter that the next bus to Guruvayur would fetch up only at a half past 5.
Boarded a low-floor bus bound, for Kannur, for getting off at Kunnamkulam. Unfortunately, I'd fallen asleep, soon after and when I regained my senses, the bus had reached Kuttippuram, about 42 km from the spot, I should have disembarked.
An auto rickshaw was hired to proceed to Guruvayur and we reached The Quarterdeck by a half past 5. Jayan, the sa'arthi, drove well.
Washing machinex of bed linen and the soiled clothes.
A quiet Sunday thereafter!
