Prison officials are reporting that nearly half of their jail cells are now vacant, Court rooms nearly empty, Police now free to attend to other matters, mainly traffic offences to keep their roads and highways safe and assisting the public in as many ways as they can!

Many Muslims in northern Ireland have announced plans to leave the country to avoid anti-Islamic violence by Irish locals. The announcement comes after an attack on groups of Muslims in the city of Belfast, groups of Irish locals went berserk and bashed teenage Muslim gangs who were referring to young Irish girls as sluts and should all be gang raped, according to Islam and Sharia Law. Even hospital staff were reluctant to treat the battered Muslim patients, the majority were given the band-aid treatment and sent home with the staff muttering "good riddance!"

Dutch MPs call for removal of all mosques in the Netherlands. One of the Members of the Dutch Parliament said : "We want to clean Netherlands of Islam!" Dutch MP Michael DeGraaf spoke on behalf of the Party for Freedom when he said, "All mosques in the Netherlands should be shut down. Without Islam, the Netherlands would be a wonderful safe country to live in, as it was before the arrival of Muslim refugees!"

My take.
Feel bad for the majority of the community who are reasonable, nice and friendly. They would rather conform to the environment than find faults with it. I have many wonderful friends and stand by them for their sterling qualities. The majority, however, keep silent without reacting to the shenanigans of a miniscule few who seem to have lost their way some time, somewhere. They need to be got back, into the fold, forthwith.
Secondly, those misguided people must also realise, we are large hearted in India. Here, the Hindus are in a majority and we are secular, in that, every religion can coexist peacefully; minority appeasement - that was practised, till recently - is NOT repeat NOT secularism and therefore, not an option. Period!

Got up at 6, the chores and was ready by a quarter past 9. Suma was back, after a lapse of five days, because things have been eased in the containment zone that acts as the buffer. The house has been spruced up.
Most of the day had the sky overcast and it drizzled twice. The predicted thunder and lightning didn't happen but could occur tomorrow!
