Dopamine (The reward chemical)

* Complete a task
* Listen to music
* Eat good food
* Self-care activities

Oxytocin (The love hormone)

* Hug someone
* Play with pet or baby
* Get a massage

Seratonin (The mood stabilizer)

* Go for a run
* Sun exposure
* Walk in nature
* Meditation

Endorphins (The pain killer)

* Exercise
* Watch a comedy
* Eat dark chocolate
* Sauna


Tailpiece.

Got up at my usual time, opened up the house, lit up the lamp in the puja room, the chores, recited my prayers, exercises and was ready by a half past 10.
