A turbulent yet interesting day!

Had got up at 2, washed up, recited my prayers and turned off to sleep yet again. Got up at a half  past 6, the chores proceeded to get insulin injected into Maman. Anupama had a long day today and she'd said that the evening's dosage was gonna be administered a bit late.

Returned to find that Ammayi wasn't in a fit state to even make the morning cup of tea. Leaving her with Chambu and Rekha on the way to help out, Maman and I rushed out to the Chinmaya Mission School at Kunninpuram. Pannian Ravindran, our chairman and VP Joy, the ex-chief secretary, playback singer, Sanith were on the dais with me for the morning meeting.

The quiz competition for the Thiruvananthapuram district began at 11, pronto, with yours truly being the Quiz Master. There were 52 competitors and Ananya, Rithu were the winners to take part in the state-level quiz that will be conducted on the 19th.

Anish, our sa'arthi, brought me my lunch.

The speaker for the evening session at the 'Akshara Guru Sannidhi' was Raghuvaran Nair, who'd delivered a very interesting lecture on driving and safety on the roads. It was nice!

We returned via Anupama's house to take in Maman's evening dosage of insulin.

A quiet evening where we'd dosas for dinner.
