Got up at 5, the messages were sent, opened up the house for the day, switched on the hymns on television and lit up the lamp in the puja room.
Had my morning cuppa, went through the chores and recited my prayers.
The work on the widening of the bridge nearby, has begun in right earnest. Consequently, there's plenty of noise during the daytime.
Lunch.
Watched "Snehakkoottu", it has reached a critical stage.
Siesta.
Laxmi, her sister, Geetha and the latter's husband had dropped by to invite us for her younger son's husband on 06 Feb.
Mr Somanatha Sarma, former Head Master of the Thalavoor UPS, had dropped by to wish us Merry Christmas and gave us cake. Damn sweet of him! Sat with us for about an hour or so, talking about a lot many things!
A quiet evening!
