Got up at 6, lit the lamp in the puja room, opened up the house. The music from the Kusappilli temple was appropriate for the occasion. Dawn to dusk hymns went on all through the day!

Lunch was brought in by Syamala, the caretaker's wife.

Siesta.

Today is Lekha's dad's 7th remembrance day. The day had started off with a 'thila homam' at the Padinjaattinkara Shiva temple. Went there in the evening. Earlier, had corrected our cellphones and Lekha had bought socks for herself!

Had a long chat with Anand after his return from Nigeria. He's on an upswing regarding his work. Good for him!
