A lot of electronic evidence has been found by the CBI. In addition, this gang used two apps to communicate with each other. CBI has gathered a lot of information from the server of those apps itself.

The biggest testimony is of Sameer Mahendru who has clearly told the CBI that the new excise policy was given to him and eight other liquor companies before being presented in the cabinet and in the Assembly.

Remember this gang stood with Jitendra Tomar when he was arrested. Kejriwal said he's an IRS, IT Commissioner and that he knows how to verify documents and had verified Tomar's degree. But when the university gave in writing that his degree was fake, Kejriwal remained silent.

What a fall? AAP was a party that had advocated for corruption-free governance while it fought at the hustings, for the first time. The change has come about pretty fast!
