We buy (ie. harbouring this emotion) anger and get acidity free. We buy jealousy and get head ache free. We buy hatred and get ulcer free. We buy stress and get blood pressure free and so on.
Conversely, if we buy trust, we get friendship free. If we buy exercise, we get health free. If we buy peace, we get prosperity free. If we buy honesty, we get sleep free. If we buy love, we get all good virtues free.
May God bless us with the wisdom to buy right things for a healthy and purposeful life!

Had got up on the dot at 6, the chores and was in time for breakfast. Went about my usual work and had completed it well in time.
Ran the Zoom circuit with Dr Senthil Kumaran to ensure that my system was perfect. Took part in the Facebook Live, with the good doctor, for over an hour - from 1600 to 1712 hrs - to explain the life and times of PN Panicker as witnessed by his grandson!
