Tailpiece

Got up at 6, the chores and was ready by a half past 9. It was a wet day. Spoke to Achu, my nephew, who works with the Tata Tea, at Munnar. Idukki district has been ravaged by heavy rains and gusty winds. Electric posts and mobile towers have been uprooted resulting in power interruptions, communication silence and there has been landslides at Rajamala, which of course, is far away from where he works and stays.
