Rehabilitation through artificial memory implantation.
All of this might sound like science fiction and it is speculative bit it's actually based on real science. Scientists have already successfully implanted false memories in mice and have learned how to change their fearful memories into happy ones.
In 2018, meanwhile, researchers tranferred a memory from one marine snail to another, a year after they figured how to code a film clip into the DNA of the gut bacteria E.coli (What a world are we living in?)

Got up at 1, washed up and recited my prayer and turned off to sleep, again. Got up at 5, the chores and was ready by 7.
Off to the Foundation and from there, to the Holy Angel's Convent. Got the stage set right and issued directions to set the quiz format after the public meeting.
Sivankutty, the minister of education, fetched up at a half past 9. The stage had Maman, Pannian Raveendran, TKA Nair, M Vijayakumar, Antony Raju and me.
The state-level quiz competition began soon after with the quiz master, Vijayakumaran Nair sir setting a high standard. Tvpm and Kottayam were adjudged1st and 2nd.
Sister Sebin Fernandez, the Principal was very helpful. We saw the school's Library and the PN Panicker Reading Corner - both immaculate!
Had lunch from the canteen and it was nice.
Off to the Government UPS, Kaaryavattam on invitation. Spoke to the children about my grandfather.
A kid of class V, interviewed me on the school radio. Returned to be in time for the prize distribution, at the Akshara Guru sannidhi.
