As I make this incredible journey, I feel very thrilled because being in the armed forces, I've had a taste of quite a few of the famous foods thanks to having the privilege of breaking bread with my friends, whose wives had provided me the privilege of tasting many of these exquisite dishes during my numerous visits to their homes. 10. Jharkhand
The staple food of Jharkhand is rice, lentils, vegetables and pickles. People also eat chicken and mutton and the bulk of the population dwell in the villages. The food is very easy, simple, rustic and extremely delicious. The cuisine has a lot of similarities with Bihari cuisine because it was earlier, part of that state.

Mangalorian Cuisine includes chicken and being a coastal area, fish is a staple food. In Udupi, vegetarian food is very popular. The food uses coconut and rice-based dishes. Navayath Karnataka Cuisine includes mutton, chicken, seafood, eggs, rice and coconut.
Mysore Masala Dosa, Korri Gassi, Bisi Bele Bhath are some famous traditional foods of Karnataka.

Got up at a half past 5, the chores and we were ready for the Rajah Medical team that came to collect the samples. The results were encouraging as both our readings are within limits.
Muralikrishnan and Gopika - the newest married couple in our midst - called on us. It was nice interacting with the young couple.
Participated in the Aazhchakkoottam : "Is Kerala under the stranglehold of the drug mafia?" by Mr LR Madhujan, Director, Karuna Sai Mental Health Centre. It was an interesting interaction.
