Got up at 4, thanks to my cellphone alarm and went about my chores but still delayed our departure from home by about 40 minutes. We headed straight for the Foundation, tied up a few things and picked a few items for the meeting.
Had a visit to our land holding at Chathannoor, where it seemed clear that the Industry ministry guys have given a part of our land to the guy they prefer.....smells of corruption but proving it will be difficult. Mahesh was asked to click a few photographs to provide as evidence.
Had breakfast of idiappams and stew at a small time teashop. Continued with our onward journey and reached the auditorium of the PK Memorial Grandhasala, the first library that Muthachhan had set up as the frontrunner to the Kerala Library movement.
A truce has been worked out with Prathapan.
Had a darshan of Ambalapuzha Sreekrishnan. Met Kripa and Sivasankaran there! It was great meeting them after what has been a long while.
Lunch was okay. We continued with our journey and I was dropped at Chathannoor from where I could board the bus to Pooyappally. Lekha, Mithun and Ammu picked me up from there.
A quiet evening at home. We cut the cake on account of :-
* Lekha's birthday by the Malayalam calendar.
* Mini-Sanil's wedding anniversary
* First anniversary of the commissioning of Mini's house.
Anil and Sheela were also invited.
