At Thiruvananthapuram.

Our day started at 4 AM, went through our chores and were ready by a quarter to 7. It was a warm sunny morning and we took off at about a quarter to 7. Did my bank work enroute and set off on our long drive. The potholes on the road to Thrissur were avoided to a great extent but there were a few into which I'd driven the Chevy thanks to my driving prowess!

We'd our breakfast around a quarter past 8 at the Saravana Bhavan near the Paliyekkara toll. The steaming idlis, sambar and the accompanying chutneys made the fair interesting!

Picked up Rema and Padmakumar from near their house at Thrippunithura and the journey became more talkative and interesting. Since it was Eid Al Adha, it was a holiday for the Malayalees and the roads were comparatively empty.

Had lunch at the Padma Cafe in Adoor, dropped Padmakumar and Rema at Vetteelazhikom and reached Raj Nivas by a half past 2. After shifting our luggage into the house and parking Crazy in the courtyard, we set off on Kunjumon's autorickshaw to our respective destinations. I got off at the Kottarakkara KSRTC bus stand and Lekha had, then, proceeded to Anjanam where Mini and Mithun were available.

Visited my parents' gravesite and spoke to them about our program.

I got a low floor a/c bus about an hour later to Thiruvananthapuram but not before I'd a snack and tea from one of the stalls at the Bus stand. Reached Tvpm by a half past 6 and Rakesh, Gopu had picked me up from there.

Got a debrief of the present situation from Maman, Gopu and Chambu. We, then, secured, from the Foundation and reached Ammayi by about a half past 9.

Interesting discussions!

Tailpiece.

A long and interesting day.
